Frequently Asked Questions

Payment & Booking Information

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure any booking. Dates are not held as we work on a first-come, first-serve basis. The remaining payment must be received a minimum of 10 days before the event to allow ample time to make orders through our suppliers. If booking a grazing table, within 10 days of the event, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. 


The booking process is easy. A contract will be sent and the invoice for the deposit will need to be paid at the time of signing the contract. 


Should you want to reserve your date, but aren’t sure how many guests will attend, we will take a $500 non-refundable deposit that will be applied towards your final total balance. The total guest count will need to be given at least 1 month out.  


Once booked, you will receive a questionnaire so we can customize the table to your preferences and/or dietary needs, along with gathering a few other details about your event. 

What type of food is included for grazing tables?

Because we shop local for seasonal foods, we do not provide a "set menu". We like to bring that uniqueness to each grazing table through its' ingredients. If there is something you wish to see or want us to avoid, please let us know and we will make it happen. All our Grazing Tables will include:


Selection of Specialty Local & Imported Cheeses • Cold & Cured Meats • Antipasti • Dips & Condiments • Seasonal Fruits & Crudité • Dried Fruits • Nuts • Sweet Treats • Assorted Crackers and Locally Baked Bread

How does the food stay fresh?

We keep the food cool and fresh during transportation to the location/venue. Because we do not deal with any cooked foods, food on the grazing table can be left out for up to 3.5 hours. TABLE(S) MUST BE PROVIDED IN A COOL AREA AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT. 


Amayesing Graze will not set a grazing table outdoors during summer months.

What size can I expect my grazing table to be?

All grazing tables differ in length depending on the guest count. Grazing tables can be created in a variety of different shapes as well as heights.  

How long does it take to set up a table?

Depending on the size and type of the grazing table booked, setting up can take up to 3 hours.  *** Please note that Amayesing Graze is not responsible for additional hourly fee’s due to set up/ takedown at any venue.


Lay Flat Grazing Table: Beautiful and lush, they highlight the food without the use of styling pieces. Average Setup Time is 1-2 Hours.


Styled Grazing Table: By using styling pieces, we bring height and depth to the table. It brings the "wow" factor! We have a variety of different styling options available. Average Setup Time is 2-3 Hours 

Do you remove and dispose of food waste, post-event?

Amayesing Graze IS NOT responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste post-event, but we do include our takedown service for all Grazing Tables. A "clean up service" is offered at an additional cost. This is ideal for weddings or large gatherings as it makes for a seamless day.

What is the difference between takedown and clean up service?

Grazing Tables include our takedown service and we will pick up the serving boards, utensils, and any items used for styling at the END of your event, but we will not clean or dispose of any food left on the table. 


With our cleanup service option, we will make sure the surface of the grazing table is cleared of any food and disposed of at an arranged time or at the end of the event. Cleanup bags are to be disposed of by the venue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dietary Requirements and/or Allergies

Most people know what they are allergic to and choose to stay away from such foods, however, we will have an allergy notice sign on each table, unless requested in writing otherwise.


Please let us know if you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements or allergies well in advance, and we will cater accordingly. 

Do you provide tables?

We do at an additional cost. Please consider renting a table or designating a space/surface for us to set up the grazing table. The cost of table rental is to be paid by the client. Measurements of the setup area need to be provided at least 10 days before the event so we can plan the set-up of styling pieces. 

Do you supply tableware?

We do not supply tableware. However, eco-friendly, premium disposable plates, white napkins, and cutlery can be provided at an additional fee. Must be mentioned at the time of booking or at least 10 days before the event. 

Parking at venue/location on day of the event

We kindly require parking at the site to unload the food coolers and styling equipment. Should there be limited parking or no vendor parking, please let us know in advance and we will work around it. 

Do you deliver? How much do you charge?

We will only deliver Boxes and Platters within a 30-mile range of our office. Delivery of Boxes and Boards within 15 miles from the Lansing Area (Zip Code 48906) or the Grand Rapids Area (Zip Code 49503) have a fee of $15.


Delivery within 30 miles of 48906 or 49503 is included for any Grazing Table order.

Do you travel? How much do you charge?

We would only travel for a grazing table for 60+ within a 150-mile radius from our office. Please inquire about traveling costs and availability.

Social Media

Pictures and videos will be taken of all grazing tables being set up unless otherwise instructed by the client.


If permission is granted, pictures and videos will be shared on social media platforms. 

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured.


We also have current food licensing requirements for all of our staff.
