We source local premium fresh produce, artisan cheese, cured meats, and delightful accompaniments that are arranged into stylish, abundant showcases on our charcuterie boards! We love featuring LOCAL MICHIGAN artisans and businesses on our boards.
Our grazing tables are showstoppers, conversation starters, and deliciously crafted tables with the freshest of ingredients. Think of our grazing tables as the better…bigger…bolder version of a cheeseboard. Regardless of the length, all angles will be gorgeous and full of color through different foods.
Not only do we offer our extravagant grazing boards, but we have been in the kitchen creating specialty boards for a variety of other occasions, such as a Sunday Brunch with our BRUNCH Boards or a Holiday with our Halloween, Christmas, or 4th of July boards! No matter the occasion, our goal is to always have something special for you.

My name is Danielle Mayes, and I am the owner of Amayesing Graze. I started my professional career as the creative director for a Michigan-based live event production firm specializing in corporate and high-end events. During my time in the entertainment industry, I developed a love for hosting special events and dinner parties that were extravagant, lavish, and over the top. My love for traveling has taken me around the world where I developed a deeper love and appreciation for the arts and food, which has been a major influence on my event designs.
Over the course of my career, I fell in love with the art of Charcuterie and began to incorporate all of my cultural influences in curating amazing and visually stimulating Charcuterie Boards. I had been contemplating a transition from live events to the world of food to pursue what I believed to be my true passion but also loved the entertainment world at the same time.
At the beginning of 2020 life seemed so perfect. I had recently married the love of my life, we traveled to Hawaii for our honeymoon in February, and I loved where I was in my career......... then the world stopped. The Covid-19 pandemic made its way to the United States and hit the Live Event Entertainment Industry extremely hard. All our live events for 2020 had been canceled with no end to the pandemic insight.
I managed to look past the negative impact of the coronavirus and saw it as a sign to pursue my true passion. By the summer of 2020, amidst a pandemic, I took a leap of faith and started my newest venture, Amayesing Graze (a play on words combining my new last name and a term used for eating with a popular 1970's Folk song by Judy Collins), an upscale catering company focused on creating well-balanced and visually stimulating Charcuterie Grazing Boards perfect for any occasion! I believe by adding my creations to your events, we will be able to create an elevated, worry-free, unmatched "WOW" factor that your guests will be talking about until the next soiree!
