✨ Sweet & Savory: Charcuterie & Cookie Decorating Workshop ✨

We’re bringing together the best of both worlds in this special collaboration between Amayesing Graze and Coco’s Confections! This interactive workshop is designed to give you hands-on experience in two culinary arts: building a stunning charcuterie board and decorating beautiful sugar cookies.
🍇 Charcuterie with Amayesing Graze
Learn the tips and techniques Danielle uses to create her signature grazing boards. You’ll explore how to fold meats, cut cheeses, style fruits and accompaniments, and balance colors and textures to design a board that looks as amazing as it tastes. Danielle will also share her go-to pairings, styling tricks, and presentation ideas so you can confidently recreate a professional-quality board at home.
🍪 Cookie Decorating with Coco’s Confections
Coco will guide you through the basics of royal icing decorating. You’ll practice outlining, flooding, and adding decorative details that transform simple sugar cookies into edible works of art. From piping precision to color blending, you’ll leave with new skills you can use for any season or celebration.

This workshop is perfect for friends, couples, or anyone looking for a fun and creative afternoon out. No prior experience is required — just bring your creativity and a love for food!
The Bridge + Main Tap Cart will be open during class, so you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail or mocktail while you decorate!
**All sales are final; no refunds can be given. If you have to cancel, you’ll receive a credit toward a future class as long as it’s more than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled class date. You MAY transfer your registration to another person if you can not attend. Space is limited, so you must be registered in order to attend. This class is recommended for ages 10+, but is open to all**
