Join us at the Capital City Market in downtown Lansing for an evening of charcuterie board building! This class is for individuals looking to learn the basics of charcuterie board building with a TAILGATE TWIST: GO GREEN! Right before the BIG game, show up to tailgate on Saturday with a board that is sure to impress your family and friends!

This class will be held on September 27th at 6 p.m. It will teach charcuterie basics plus our favorite tips and tricks from Amayesing Graze. We will build a Game Day-themed board with delicious ingredients you can find at the Capital City Market! We will provide everything necessary to make and take a delightful 12″ round charcuterie board home to share with family and friends!

Your board will be a delightful mix of artisan cheeses, various charcuterie, themed favorites, seasonal fruits, nuts, honey, olives, fresh herbs, crackers, and more, offering a wide range of flavors and textures to excite your taste buds.
