We will teach charcuterie basics plus favorite tips and tricks from Amayesing Graze. We will provide everything necessary to make and take a delicious disposable 8″ charcuterie board home to share with family and friends! Your board will have artisan cheeses\, charcuteries\, seasonal fruits\, nuts\, honey\, olives\, fresh herbs\, and more. Crackers always come on the side. \nOpen to anyone ages 16 – adult (small paring knives used in class). \nCost of Event: $60.00 \nLocation: The class will take place at Mason High School.
